Advanced Powder Dynamics (APD) has extensive experience developing innovative technologies to produce superior powders. APD differs from traditional spray drying companies by utilizing Dynamic Atomization Technology to develop cost-effective processes for some of the most difficult nutraceutical and food ingredients.
Many companies are looking for new, innovative ways to formulate efficacious levels of active ingredients into multiple delivery systems to include: gummies, soft chews, tablets, capsules, powders and more.
Our P-5 pilot spray dryer gives us the capability to develop these custom formulations for our customers and produce them at a commercial level.
We are accomplished in the drying of temperature sensitive products. In fact, we are capable of producing a freeze-dry quality powder with our patented technology to dry live microbes and keep them alive post-drying, as well as drying egg whites with zero degradation.
