With over 13 years of experience in the natural products industry, Amanda's expertise in marketing has been honed through her tenure at a reputable supplement company. During her time there, she played a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and promoting health and wellness products to a wide audience.
Amanda's passion for innovation and her entrepreneurial spirit led her to take on a new challenge. Currently, she serves as the Conference Content Manager for SupplySide at Informa where she curates and oversees engaging conference content, fostering meaningful connections within the industry and facilitating knowledge sharing among industry professionals. Beyond her career achievements, Amanda takes pride in being a dedicated partner and mother, nurturing a blended family of six children, three of whom are now young adults.

Coming from a background in business and human rights, she has spent her career focusing on finding the intersections where products can invite customers to participate in creating change.

Paul Newman is a social entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience working with companies to communicate their purpose through creative expression. He is co-founder of K’UL, a social enterprise that uses chocolate as a way to create generational, global change at origin through sustainable, scalable impact.

CEO, Ghost Town Oats
​​​​​​Michelle Johnson is a 12-year specialty coffee veteran based in Los Angeles and co-founder and CEO of Ghost Town Oats. Since 2016, Michelle has been one of the foremost Black voices in the world for the specialty coffee scene as an advocate, speaker, writer and now entrepreneur reclaiming the culture of oat milk.
Among Michelle's many accomplishments and accolades is the 2016 Sprudgie Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Excellence, and she was included in the 2018 Imbibe 75 and 2020 Distinguished 400 for The 400 Years of African-American History Commission. Michelle is also the first Black woman to qualify for nationals at the United States Barista Championships, and under her leadership, Ghost Town Oats has received Best New Packaging from BevNet and was an honoree for Best New Product at the Sprudgies in 2022.
