Heather Granato is a 30-year veteran of the natural products industry, currently serving as vice president, partnerships & sustainability, in the Food EMEA division of Informa Markets. She is based in London, and leads efforts related to industry partnerships and broader sustainability initiatives for the Vitafoods and Food ingredients brands. She has been a presenter at events including SupplySide, Vitafoods, Food ingredients, Natural Products Expo, the Natural Gourmet Show and the Folio: Show. Her publishing experience includes Natural Products Insider, Food Product Design, Vitafoods Insights, Country Living's Healthy Living, Natural Foods Merchandiser, Delicious Magazine and WomenOf.com. Granato serves as the founding president of Women In Nutraceuticals, a global non-profit founded in 2022 focused on empowering women in the nutraceutical industry; she is also on the board of directors for the Organic & Natural Health Association. From 2016 to 2022, she was a vice president on the national governing board of Kappa Alpha Theta women’s fraternity. Granato was named to the FOLIO: 100 list of top media professionals in 2018, and was selected as a 2015 Top Woman in Media by FOLIO:. She received the 2014 Visionary Award and the 2018 Journalistic Excellence Award from the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA); and was honored with the CEO Merit Award for Content from Virgo in 2014.

Pablo Coronel, Ph.D. holds a doctorate in food science and has more than 20 years of experience as a process engineer and food scientist. Coronel makes it his mission to combine both roles in a seamless and structured way. His expertise includes process and product design and development, novel technologies and hygienic manufacturing.
Coronel is recognized by the Food and Drug Administration as a food safety process authority. A food safety process authority must have expert knowledge of thermal processing requirements for low-acid foods. Coronel co-edited and co-authored the third edition of “Handbook of Aseptic Processing and Packaging.” In addition, he is the recipient of numerous industry awards.

Mary C. Mulry PhD, CFS is currently Managing Director of FoodWise One LLC, a consulting firm specializing in product development helping to bring natural and organic foods, dietary supplements, and cannabis products to market. Her strengths include scientific/technical expertise, prototype development, nutrition, regulatory, food safety, labeling, and  ingredient sourcing, for start-up through Fortune 500 companies.

​​​​​​Nova Sayers works to enable retailers, restaurants, brands and their suppliers to achieve better impacts for people, planet, and profit- all while empowering consumers to make purchases aligned with their values!  In her current role as VP of Growth & Innovation for HowGood, she helps clients measure, improve and communicate their product and ingredient impact using the world's largest product sustainability database and software platform called Latis. Over the prior 13 years, Nova consulted with large and small CPG companies to promote responsible businesses and regenerative supply; she helped design and launch regenerative agriculture standards like Soil Carbon Index and Regenerative Organic Certification; plus new label claims Certified Transitional, Certified Plant Based, Raised Without Antibiotics, Non-GMO, and Responsibly Grown; and sourcing standards for globally traded commodities ranging from produce to coffee to honey. Nova earned her BA from the University of California at Berkeley and previously worked in international trade promotion with a focus on sustainability, developing new commercial relationships while appreciating cultures (and foods) around the world.
