The foundations of the dietary supplement industry are about serving the public good. Inside the Bottle unites stakeholders across the supplement supply chain to advocate for a transparent industry and empower consumer control over their health. Although sales are strong, current research indicates that there are gaps in consumer understanding of supplements and confusion about what information to trust. In this session we will report on two recent research projects that illuminate these gaps with clarity, offer insights into how to better reach underserved consumers, and enhance trust among current supplement users for new reaching underserved consumers, and deepen trust in supplements for present adopters.

Join us as we present the data, discuss implications, and learn about consumers' knowledge gaps and preferences regarding dietary supplements.
