The American Process Systems® product line of sanitary equipment for blending, mixing, drying, and reacting includes: Fluidizing Paddle Blenders, Ribbon Blenders, Plow Blenders, and more. We have the following certifications: ISO 9001:2015, USDA, and 3A.
Our fluidizing paddle blender OptimaBlend® can achieve better results than any ribbon and paddle blender, its technology ensures both product mix quality and efficiency. The capacity of the OptimaBlend® ranges from 1.5 ft³ to 400 ft³, the 1P5 lab model is perfect for small batches and R&D.
We have an in-house test lab in in Gurnee, IL, and welcome you to personally test your product in our equipment. If you want to avoid traveling you can sign up for a virtual lab test. You will be able to follow the test via livestream video and interact with our test lab manager. You can also rent our machines and do pre-sale testing at your own plant.
