Nectariss Truffle Flavors are the most authentic truffle flavors on the market.
These flavors have been developed by Professor Richard Splivallo, renowned truffle expert and CEO of Nectariss. In his more than 16 years of career in the study of truffle fungi, he has gained an in-depth knowledge of the truffle's volatile components. Thanks to this knowledge, Nectariss truffle flavors are not "one fit all" flavors, but rather seek to reflect the true complexity and authenticity of the different truffle varieties such as the black truffle (Tuber melanosporum), the white truffle (Tuber magnatum) and the summer truffle (Tuber aestivum).
